"I came here today to have my tires looked at after running over something in the road. Christian greeted me warmly with a smile on his face. We looked at my car and discussed my options as well as maintenance. He was very kind and informative without being pushy or condescending. I needed to have a tire brought in from another location but they were so prompt about it and kept me informed every step of the way. I truly appreciated Christian’s professionalism and warmth. I definitely recommend it here and will continue to come back."

"On the evening of Tuesday, January 16, 2024, I arrived to request my tires to have air put in them due to the extreme temperatures we are currently experiencing. To my surprise, Eric, the assistant managed refused to provide me service. Eric was addressed by the manager, David, who also politely asked him to service my vehicle and he still refused. As a customer for well over a decade and purchasing tires for not only myself, but also my children, I was left not only angry; but also hurt. It is saddening to know that despite being a loyal customer and spending thousands of dollars (as recent as 12/30/23), I would still be treated in such a manner. Despite my efforts to address the issues, the resolution provided was inadequate, and I felt unheard throughout the process. As a loyal customer, this experience has left me questioning the quality of service your company strives to deliver. As long as Eric is a face of the company, I will strive to ensure that customers are aware of the treatment they are likely to receive. While we are here, I do want to applaud David for his customer service, as he was apologetic and ultimately aired my tires up."

"I had went in to get two tires replaced after hitting a pothole on the way to work. I worried about it taking a long time to get fixed as I was on my lunch break and was in a very tight window. They were very quick and courteous with me having me in and out the door at a busy time in about 40 mins. Awesome turn around and great customer service."

"For the price, wait, customer service, Discount Tire is a good deal especially when it comes down to free tire rotations and I believe free balancing. 54 minutes for my particular vehicle to be driven into the shop to be worked on. Total time 71 minutes. Your experience may vary depending on time of day, but during this time block of 3-5pm I'd say expect similar experiences, except DT says it closes at 6PM on the weekdays"
