About Us
502 Bar is a popular live music venue and craft beer bar located at 502 Embassy Oaks in San Antonio, Texas. Since 2012, we have been showcasing some of the best live music, liquor, and craft beer available. We have hosted events with artists such as Dead Prez and continue to bring in top talent from around the area.
If you are a band interested in booking a show at 502 Bar, please make sure to include your band name, links to your music, social media accounts, and the time frame you are seeking for booking. We recommend building a showcase with local or established acts for first-time out-of-town bands without agency backing.
Our booker will arrange deals such as door percentage, flat guarantee, or a guarantee versus percentage. Merch rates are 100% to the artist, and gear share and backline arrangements are encouraged for larger shows.
Load-in and soundcheck times vary depending on the day of the week, so please make sure to check the schedule. The details of your hospitality should have been shared in advance, and if you require access to the green room, please arrange this with your booker ahead of time.

"I use to go to this bar quite a bit when I was younger. So it was very cool to revisit it again as I'm now older. The bartender was friendly. They normally have quite a beer selection. Though this time I went they were out of 3 different beers I wanted. Regularly in the evenings this place host live music and or a dj. Unfortunately I went too early for any of that. They do have darts hidden away in the back if you like playing. When you walk in the front I love that there is booth seating for a more intimate feel. That's if they aren't full when you go. I'll have to go back in the evening to see how the nights are here now"
"502 is great! Wonderful drink prices too. There are specials throughout the week. They have karaoke on Mondays and open mics on Sundays! The bar tenders are very nice. 502 has a patio and is in a nicely crowded strip. Never too busy but always a solid crowd. 10/10 recomend."
