Verizon

"Husband bought me AirPods about a year ago and they came broken. We tried returning them and they said we couldn’t do that and for us to get with Apple warranty and they would repair it for free cause they give a one year warranty. Turns out the AirPods weren’t new they were refurbished and they were bought years prior to us buying them so I didn’t have warranty through apple. So I’m stuck with broken AirPods that cost us over $200 dollars. Would not recommend going with them. Would rather drive an hour and go through an ACTUAL Verizon than go to them."

"My mom is elderly and has Verizon wireless home service. Recently she fell and broke her hip while at home. She had to drag herself over to the phone to call 911 when she realized her Verizon service wouldn't let her make 911 calls because Verizon had never set it up. That's unforgivable. She could've died. They need to be reported, and they need to pay for that. She had to call family for help. On top of that, they made her go through hell during the holidays by shutting down her phone service and making her go all the way out of town to get a new device to get her service reconnected since they required her to have a pin and she didn't have a pin because they never gave her one, and she had to wait for family to come down and take her to the right Verizon store because she can't make the drive on her own. They should make it easier for elderly. Thinking about a lawsuit."

"I’ve never been more upset at an establishment in my life. They were treating my mom with so much disrespect. When my mom was trying to talk to this lady, she cut off my mom mid conversation and said I’m not talking to you. Is she treating my mom like this because she can’t speak English well? They were so unhelpful with everything. All they would say is “we can’t do that” to everything, but wouldn’t tell us how to do things. When my mom asked for the phone number to get my phone transferred to a different account, she was looking at my mom like her doing her job was a complete hassle."

"Elizabeth was so friendly and nice! She helped me quickly and efficiently. She explained everything in detail and made sure we had covered everything in the upgrade process. She’s awesome and will highly suggest friends and family go see her!"

"I will admit that I was hesitant about visiting a small town Verizon store. I had called ahead to see if they had a particular phone in stock and I was told they didn’t but they could order it for me. Surrounding stores were either closed or phone would have to be ordered as well. So we took a chance and visited Russell Cellular in Seminole. When we walked in to the store the staff was friendly and attentive. Bryan helped us get our order processed and advised us to allow 2-5 days for phone to come in. He advised us he would call us when phone arrived. 2 days later we got a call saying the phone was in. When we arrived at store Bryan was off but we were helped by Kat. She was very courteous and knowledgeable. She got phone activated and made sure all contacts and pics as well as other info was transferred over. She placed screen protector and case on for us as well! She was very helpful and above all friendly! I noticed that when a customer came in they were immediately greeted and if phone rang it was immediately answered! The staff at Russell Cellular was wonderful and made our visit there pleasant!
