Our Glass Restaurant & Bar 530 West Lyndon B Johnson Freeway, Irving, TX 75063

"Went to this place expecting a sushi bar / restaurant but this was simply a locals hangout / pool hall / dive bar. One side of the restaurant smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I’m not sure they even had food. We ordered one round, looked around at the “restaurant” and cashed out. The bartender kept our card but gave us receipts ? Not really sure what her motive was with that but after a frantic search of our own wallets thinking we had already put it away, we asked if she kept the card and she magically found it. Very odd place, I would avoid"

"Beautiful atmosphere, great pool tables, the food was fantastic! The chicken fried chicken is dry, however. I recommend the chicken strips or the absolutely fabulous brisket nachos. The onion rings are perfectly crisp with a wonderful batter and light flavor. The tators have the best, most mouth pleasing shape and the perfect seasoning. The music is upbeat 90s and early 2000s with the occasional older classic coming over the speakers and the decor is simply the coolest music culture, featuring the Beatles, with a sophisticated feel. A Pacman arcade game graces the wall by the updated jukebox. The whole place is simply a grand nod to the millennial American childhood. Incredible place!"

"I love this place! The vibes and music are good and the sushi is excellent! Sorry I forgot to take pics of all of the sushi we had, but everything was delicious as always! The service was kinda slow for getting food bc they were short-handed, but Julian, Mickey and Linda took great care of us! BTW, I asked for broccoli and fried rice as my sides on my Dynamite Shrimp entree, but I didn’t receive the rice. It was so late that I just said forget it."

"We are in Irving visiting my mom & dad and wanted late dinner on Thanksgiving night. Grateful for a place open on Thanksgiving. We got two sushi rolls and both were good. The restaurant has a weird 90s vibe bar that’s too big when it’s a slow night but I bet it would fun after work for happy hour."

"I was invited to meet someone for drinks here. I’d never visited this spot before so I was down to see what they had to offer me over other bars/restaurants. I didn’t eat there food here I guess cause after seeing a baby spider circling around the counter top (a my friend telling me to just KILL IT!!) that wasn’t a satisfying look for me. Also the bar tops weren’t clean from the previous customers and it wasn’t really busy when we first arrived so there’s really no excuses to make for the three bartenders that were behind the counter. I watched the different televisions that were plastered on the walls. I looked around the room and noticed the original arcade game PAC MAN. I instantly got excited, this sparked a interest cause this was and still is my favorite games to play outside of Galaxy. I played this game for about an hour or so. It was so bad the person that I was with started hating and was hoping that I’d lose he ended up being a doosh bag. Overall I did enjoy myself, other than the smoking inside this joint I probably would return. If I’m ever in the area though."
