"Surprisingly great! Hole in the wall pub with games to play. We went from around 5:30-6:30 and it was quiet and not crowded for a Friday night. The food is priced very reasonably and made well (not low quality bar food but actually tasty home cooking like). Service is slow but good! Perfect place for a slow paced fun date night!"

It was trivia night, and although the place was busy, there was room for more. The service was friendly and provided refills as needed. The food was served fresh from the kitchen. Whether you want to be part of the activity inside, or are looking for a quiet table looking out on the circle, the Lion & Crown is a good option for a quick bite, a drink after work, or a place to meet up and socialize."

"They have a good selection of beer here. The food is good and I especially like the fried jalapeños. The fish and chips are also very good. The fried Bree is worth trying too, and it goes great with the jelly they serve it with. Our server was very friendly and we really enjoyed a Sunday afternoon here."
