"Worst experience of my life. Older woman at the counter gave me multiple prices for a hat and then talked negatively about me in Spanish to her assistant. I understand Spanish and just left. I was going to buy some boots but not at a place like this that thinks their customers are dumb. I will never recommend this store to anyone."

"The sales lady working here did not want to help us. They told my partner he had an odd sized head when the hat they gave him to try on did not fit. Another group came in after us and the sales lady was sweet as can be, helping them find the right hat, steaming it for them, giving them care instructions. I think she could tell we were not local. She sighed when I asked a question about care and clearly just wanted us out of the store. Would not go back or recommend this place to anyone."
