Apparently, to get the price they have on their own website, I HAVE to do item as a pickup. Ridiculous policy and will just move my business to cvs always now"

"This is the absolute worst pharmacy. Twice I have been given a different person's medication and more times than I can count I have been called and told medication was due for pick up and if I didn't pick it up it would be put back. I then get there and they tell me the medication isn't ready at all and that I can wait 20 minutes for it the be done. They only ever call me to pick up when it's almost due to be put back yet it's not even ready when I get there? I have the app. I have the text set up for notifications yet never get either of those. How it medication both ready for pick up but also not at the same time?"

"Real clowns running the pharmacy here. Ideally this place doesn’t deserve one star. The most irresponsible pharmacist. Don’t have any sense on how to handle customers. I provided my child’s information, they said they didn’t receive the prescription after 45 mins the doctor sent it. I asked the doctor to send it again while on call with the technician. She just walked away without telling anything. I was just standing there without any clue for the next 15 mins while the technician was visibly singing and dancing. Wait why am I standing here. She doesn’t bother. Real morons with no empathy leave alone professionalism."

"This pharmacy is the worst every time I go. Customer service is horrible! Learn to talk to people or get out of customer service. Wait in drive thru just to be told 20 more minutes, its still being prepared. With a child I couldnt wait so drove home, 4 minutes later a text to its ready, really!! Then just rudeness with two simple questions. It wouldnt hurt to tell people they give your credit card back in an envelope and staple it between the receipt and bag when they give you your script."

"The worst customer service in the pharmacy. Drop off my prescription at 2:30pm and Cashier told me the prescription should be ready by 5:30. Went to pickup my prescription at 6:30 the cashier told me I had to wait another 45 minutes. Their price is always different. The lady working at 6:30 pm could not communicate in English and acted stupid. The same medicine was $90.00 cheaper and faster customers service as well."
