"The store is great as far as the merchandise, but the cashiers are a mess. Everytime we go it's a minimum 30mins to 1hr wait in line just to pay. That's ridiculous!"

"When i went xmas shopping last night i was expecting long lines, an unorganized store, and tired employees, and although thats what happened my experience was a good one. The thing that made the difference was the cashier whos name she said was Alexandra. She was so nice and answered any questions i had. And im sure she was tired since it was almost closing time but she was very kind. So thank you Alexandra and Happy Holidays."

"Stores hours clearly state open til 12am got here at 1059pm doors were locked but clearly there were workers still inside. Knocked on window I was ignored as they walked by !! I’ll never shop here again. I will contact cooperate this is the third time I’ve gotten here before closing time. Update** After the incident that happened tonight at the store I will be speaking with my attorney. Unacceptable!"

"When I visited this store; there was only one young lady working the cash register, there was two other young ladies which I passed by them a few times as they were standing around chit chatting for the whole hour that i was shopping, I thought that they were customers at first until i got tired of waiting in that long slow line to pay for my items; i then went to the center of the store and yelled out, "is there anyone working here that can come help the one cashier and open another register"?. I then recognized the two chit chatters were not customers, they were employees. They only then came to open two more registers. I hated to have to yell out for the help but it looks like that is what it took to get the chit chatters to help get us taken care of, move the line and help that one cashier that was working. It is unfair to the one worker to be doing her job while there's 2 more girls hanging out doing nothing but chit chatting on the clock and having us customers to wait on the only one person working the register, and that cashier not once complained, she should be recognized for a good job of trying to do it all by herself. I feel that the other two non working girls who were just hanging out chatting should be terminated for not working. They seem to be just on the clock to hang out and collect a paycheck and let that one cashier work by herself and they did nothing but chat. I have their names if needed by Burlington Office."

"The worst store to work at. If you get hired on be prepared to be overworked and if you miss a day they take you off the schedule for a whole week and give u 4 hour shifts. Please if you are a teenager do not apply here work at the other stores in the are Ross or marshals pays more. $9 & hour. Plus the store is dirty you can’t even walk down the aisles the chairs and stools are blocking patches the frames aisle is dirty the candy aisle has a lot of health violations. I contacted corporate and HR which was extremely hard to get it’s not even available to the employees the store manager and everyone else who has a higher position cannnot run a team properly they fire people on their team thinking it would make everything better. But no they can’t even plan a whole day right. Let’s not forget the system this job won’t even notify you 24 hrs before ur shift to go in but they will give u a point if u dont. A lot of work violations going on at this location. The Employees need better management and support. As a worker I would even try and contact the new station. Bc this is unreal. Y’all be safe don’t get a job here."
