"This has been our go to location for years but now they have a customer for life for their outstanding customer service! Thank you to Mr Spanky & his team for going above and beyond to correct an issue my teenage son encountered over the weekend. Mr Spanky treated my son fairly and compensated him generously for a hat that was damaged under their care by someone who was not supposed to be working on hats. My son said Mr Spanky was very understanding, resolved the issue on the spot and personally steamed his new hat. As a father I want to personally express my gratitude for your professionalism and commitment to customer service!"

"Almost 75% of the store is not boots. And the selection is very minimal. With a name like Boot City, one would expect to find a very wide range of boots. But no, you find clothes more than boots. Massive store with a large majority of the floor space dedicated to not boots."

"Went in for some laces for my Justin work boots. Asked a young lady cashier if they had boot laces. She asked "What are those"? I explained best I could as to what they were, then she replied " Oh we don't sell those". Out of the utmost curiosity I ventured in to the store anyway to see if boot laces were somehow going extinct or being outlawed, etc. I ran in to another associate and at this point I really wish I could remember her name. She introduced herself and asked if I needed help. I asked her about the laces and lo and behold, there they were. Took me right to the mysterious boot laces. This young lady had boot laces in my hand in under a minute, she is an important part of your team if you want to keep your customers. The other girl....not so much. Hope this isn't occurring at all of the Cavenders stores."
