"The most amazing experience ever! My only wish is that I had gone here first. The Men’s Wearhouse in Humble is awful. The customer service was awful. After searching several different places, someone a (customer) at Macy’s told me about this SUIT WAREHOUSE. After we came here we were DONE! I got my son’s tuxedo and it is wonderful. I needed a tuxedo for a child 10-year-old, but he is in husky sizes. Not only did they have what we needed, but they also accommodate with alterations!!! Done done and DONE! I am over the moon with this store and Issa was THE BEST! Thank you so much! This is one happy Mom! If you are in need of a suit or tux this is THE place! So many so many beautiful, handsome, tuxedos and suits!"
"My boyfriend and I had a great experience here. The sales woman was nice, helpful and informative. And she mentioned early that the suit was nonrefundable so she helped us make sure that my boyfriend's suit was to his liking. The alterations looked great on the suit and he was very happy with his purchase. I think it's a great place for suit needs."

"Too bad I couldn't put a ZERO!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen from 2 women. Manger definitely needs to hire new sales reps. My husband spent $300 on a suit there. He had the pants altered for fitting and then proceeded to put suit in cleaners to be get out wrinkles. That's when we noticed threads coming from the seem of the suit jacket and 2 buttons loose. So when he took it back for an exchange. Only to hear they couldn't do anything because she didn't have the size he needed. Both of the lady sales reps were rude. As they were when we went to buy the suit. No interaction, no smiles, no suggestions etc. Basically not the people I would have working for me. It sucks because my Husband loves this place but, in previous purchases made there a gentleman helped him. I would guess he's no longer working there. Well I'm not sure of who the Manager is but, you need new sales reps or the previous gentleman. Those women were lazy, eating, rude and absolutely no customer service skills what so ever."
