"I was helped by Naidelin last week and I was pleasantly surprised by her professionalism, her courtesy and the empathy she showed to me when she could not find the non-fade black jeans I was looking for in my size. She even checked the Hollister website also and she told me that shipping was free but the website did not have my size either. Naidelin's customer service was beyond exceptional!!! I will be returning to this Hollister store because of her and someone give her a pay raise!"

"I comprehend that I arrived at 8:00 pm, and the store closes promptly at 8:00 sharp. However, it would have been more appropriate for the salesperson to communicate this information in a courteous and professional manner. I mistakenly believed that the store closed at 8:30 pm. Additionally, the salesperson shook her head, which seemed to suggest that she considered me foolish or ignorant."

"I had an interview last Thursday. From what I was told I was the only one that showed up. Other people that had the interview the same time as me, never showed I felt that I was going to get the job I felt that it went great. I answered all the questions that Emma the manager was asking me. She was professional, and took the shift that I requested into consideration. Come on Hollister if it's listed as seasonal job and you need help, why not hire somebody. Unfortunately I didn't get the job. Not sure why, so unprofessional to not let them know the reason why they didn't get the job. I wasn't going to take your job Emma a matter of factly I don't have management experience. I don't want management. I was just looking for employment to take care of my family. I didn't see any black people in there. Maybe it was a racist decision. Hope you guys get the job. Whoever applied and interviewed after me Good luck!"

"This place is not worthy to work at. They don't treat new hires as they do with the others. I am a new hired, Payton, the store manager helped me with my availability, after 2 weeks of waiting for my schedule, they put me for days and hours I specified I can't work. Now, they're threatening me to terminate my contract if I don't work those days. However, the people working fron long time ago can reject those shifts without any problem. So unfair, disrespectful. This place is a joke. Stay away from this store."
