"Would love to give them 5 stars based on clothing alone, but online ordering and the customer service from this store/ brand is so disappointing. Placed my order of 4 items in early June 2023 and they were never delivered to me until I had to follow up with two emails to see where my items were. And note they never even emailed me back, just mailed me 3 items ONLY in the month of August! So, I am guessing one of the shirts I ordered was discontinued? But, when I followed up through email to see if I could get a refund for the shirt I paid for, but never got in the mail...Not only did I never hear back after three emails... I also sent them Instagram DM's...and wrote on their instagram posts and they deleted my comments!! I love supporting local Houston brands but will never recommend or order from here again!"

"The variety of clothes in this shop are astonishing. From tshirts to sweatshirts & jackets, the majority of items does consist of both Houston & Texas pride theme. They're quite minimalistic, and the quality of them are superb. The price does justify the quality and design of their clothes and accessories. You have to be lucky with the sizing tho, as some of the tshirts of your desired size can be sold out quickly. But overall, their products never ceased to amaze me. The staffs are super friendly and very helpful with your picks. Shopping here since xmas, I never had any issues with them as they show outstanding professionalism. And to add icing on the cake, the vibes inside the store is nice."
