"My experience was great and I will be back"

"I ordered a pair of shoes online, they were shipped with fedex, fedex claims they delivered to post office, post office claims they never received package.. missing package.. I understand it is not Jimmy Jazz fault. However they "filed" a claim with fedex, i waited over 6 weeks for them to tell me fedex denied my claim. Told me i could call fedex. I did, fedex says no claim was ever filed, and they filed the claim for me.. i called jimmy jazz to tell them no claim was found, or filed.. and they just said "that's weird" i asked for a claim number, and they did not have one.. and that is poor customer service. If i could i would give a negative rating, first time and last time shopping with jimmy jazz based on the lies of the customer service department! $80 package went missing and I don't think i will even get my money back!"

"Probably the best sneaker/clothing store in Houston. Not because of the selection necessarily, but because of the people who work there. They always speak and are very helpful. It's also not far from IAH airport you should definitely visit this store!"

"Sales rep Laranzo was very disrespectful, didn't allow me to use my military discount, the shoes I purchased were not quick strike and were general release shoes. I had used used my military discount prior at that store, and I was denied to used said discount again, without being given an explanation."

"I bought my daughter some shoes from here however she needed a half size bigger I put the receipt inside the box and sent her back to switch them out however she was giving the run around because one guy took the box to the back to get her a bigger size and the person taking the order asked for the receipt my daughter said the receipt is in the box with shoes the cashier was like nooo, my daughter was like yes it is and she had to go back and forth until the guy came from the back and my daughter told him the receipt is in the box with the shoes he then went and grabbed the box and there the receipt was inside the box where I left it but instead of the cashier going to back and asked they want to argue just rude and time consuming. My daughter doesn't even live in Houston to make it worst."
