"Rude employees. Came into the Gucci store with my husband and daughter. I was looking at their purses. One blonde staff member was very kind but there were 10 employees standing around looking at us up and down like we were trash, but yet I’m from here and was dressed nice. Decided to spend my money elsewhere."
"My boyfriend and I like to go to Gucci whenever we’re walking around market street to see new items because we love the brand. Majority of time that we go in to the store is just for us to look, and we always tell the employees right away that we’re just looking. Macy was the employee that was helping us and and after we told her that we’re just looking she still gave us her whole attention even though there were other guests in the store. She was extremely nice and she gave us great service still. Even though we didn’t buy anything that day we will definitely be back to work with Macy when it comes to our next purchases. When you go in ask for Macy because she will make your experience very special!"
