"I was so excited to buy my first pair of cowgirl boots for the rodeo / cook off… I walked around the store and I tried on at least 10 pairs of boots. I didn’t have one associate asked me if I needed any help, the associates just walked by me like I wasn’t even there! On the last pair of boots that I tried on, I actually had to ask someone where the other boot was. Upon asking her some let’s call her Karen lady got so mad that she helped me that she went to the front and reported her and found another associate. I guess the moral of the story is you never know who’s coming through the door and you should put a smile on your face and say hi to everyone and ask them if they need help! Even though I purchased the boots, the experience was not what I expected!"

"Quality of the boots is lacking and the selection is always bare minimum (choices and sizes). They should have more hats and belts in stock. Nice folks working there but otherwise this location is just average."

I‘m a cowboy boot fan, I bought cayman boots there years ago and 19 years later they are still as beautiful as when I first bought them. The customer service is excellent. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I look forward to getting another pair when I can."
