"Andre provided terrible customer service and had a horrible attitude for no reason. I got fitted, and bought a suit at the town and country location, but live closer to the w gray location. I noticed that the right arm was longer than the left, so I took it into the w gray location. When I first walked in and explained, Andre explained that it was just my body. I asked if we could get the tailor to look at it. When we all looked and noticed that it was actually longer on one arm, he kept flailing his arms and stating that because i did not get it at the w gray location, they can't do rush jobs on my suit. He said the soonest he could get it done was in 2 weeks and my wedding was in one. He starts to then questions why I drove to this location instead of the other one in the first place. I asked politely if he had the town and country location's phone number and he once again shrugged flailed his arms and "I'd have to google it." He never assisted in getting me the phone number. I love my suit. I had a simple problem and Andre did everything NOT to help."

"Nice location, good service, and fair pricing. The lovely woman associate took her time to carefully help us out together an entire outfit. We would return in the future for work clothes and suits for other occasions."

"Edit: I reached out to the support email and they at least refunded the rental cost. I am still unhappy with my treatment at this location and that it affected my wedding photos, but I am glad Jos A. Bank as a company did something to make it somewhat right. I'd be willing to try another location in the future. I was fitted for a conformable 3 piece tux for my wedding. When I came to pick up my tux, it was noticeably smaller and rather uncomfortable. I am a larger guy, but what I received did not reflect my fitting. If it did, I would not have rented that jacket. The clerk there tried to convince me that since it could get around my shoulders, it was good enough. Also the vest did not fit at all. The store did not have anything else in my size for rental. I did not have time to wait for a new one since my wedding was in 2 days and they charged per day when I paid for the rental, so I had no choice but to buy a new suit jacket at the store I did not want and I had to look elsewhere for a vest. The clerk had little interest in making it right, and after practically begging for a small discount, the new jacket ended up costing almost as much as the rental that I already paid for, which they claimed could not be refunded since that jacket they gave me fit around my shoulders. I will not be returning to this store."

"If you come to this store do yourself a favor and ask for Kevin, he’s the kind of employee any business would be lucky to have. I came in to get fitted for a wedding that I’m a groomsman in and he made the whole experience great. I’m a big dude and normally not happy with the way suits look on me but man I’m actually excited for once to try this suit on the day of the wedding."
