"Got a Christmas gift and wanted to EXCHANGE for a different size and they REFUSED, as I didn’t have the Secret Santa’s name !!! I understand,if I was trying to return for cash, but this was an EXCHANGE!!! Will NEVER SHOP HERE!!!! Update to the response below: When I went into the store, I took all the shipping packaging that included item numbers which clearly demonstrated it was purchased directly from Mizzen and Main. Customer experience is very important for repeat customer purchases. I hope you work on improving this as we like your product but the service was poor. I had no idea this was sold at Nordstroms… we love their customer service and will purchase from them in the future. Thank you."

"Only dealt with online ordering, so this location may benefit because of it, but I couldn't figure out where else to leave a review lol. The clothes from Mizzen+Main are incredible. They fit well and look amazing. I had an issue with one of the shirts getting damaged and contacted customer service, and they immediately sent a new one, no questions asked. I was so impressed. It's rare to find that kind of customer service."

"The employees at this store are so great The couple times we've been in! The manager was so nice and let us pick out a new shirt to exchange when there was something weird going on with a collar of an older shirt. He also stayed late after closing for us. Mizzen & Main is such a good quality work brand, and their customer service is amazing, they are totally worth it!!"
