"Went by at 10:30 am on Saturday 12/16/2023 in your Woodlands Mall location. Though hours of operation on the door showed 9:00 opening, the doors were locked at 10:30 and outside of Black Friday, would’ve been among the busiest shopping days of the year, being a Saturday close to Christmas. Are they able to explain why they were closed at that time?"

"I have been calling since yesterday trying to set up my final fitting for my wedding and no one answers the phone. They said my order was suppose to come in on the 1st of November and that they would give me a call in case anything changed or when it got delivered no call has been received."

"I bought my first suit today. I arrived a few minutes before the store was scheduled to open and they were open early already helping customers. Timothy assisted me with everything I needed to nail my interview with the suit I was purchasing. He gave great advice and stayed with me until we had everything picked out. The store was well staffed for a Saturday morning and all the employees were very friendly. The selection they had in stock was impressive. Although they were two weeks out on alterations, Tim gave me a really good referral for a tailor right across the street who was able to tailor my suit in time for my interview. He also wanted me to come back and let him know how my interview went. He cares about his client's success. I would give 6 stars if I could. Made buying my first suit a breeze. I was in and out in under an hour and will be dressed head to toe in everything brand new for $540. 10/10 would recommend."

"This place has a great. Great services, wide selection, great products. The sticker prices are shocking for someone like me, but if you like to negotiate and you are buying quite a bit, they will come down significantly. Also, they have great sales if you watch for them. I recommend giving them try."
