"BEWARE BUYER!!! Not sure that anything good has happened since T-Mobile bought METRO PCS. At this corporate owned store there are no signs or writings that support these alleged polices. I caught the employees inflating the bill by stating that I had to buy $70 worth of accessories with new phone service when transferring an existing number. They also stated that I could not get the $40 per month service, but that I had to get the $60/mo service for the first month which includes features I do not want or need. The employee, J.R. stated that after the first month I can call METRO and have them change my service to the $40/mo plan which used to be $30/mo a few months back.They then snuck in a $6 monthly protection plan which I don't want on a free phone. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!! At the end of this 1 hour and 25 minute ordeal I reduced my signup and fees from $168 to $87 (should have only been $53) which is not too bad. I now have to call back within 30 days to have my bill corrected to the $40/mo plan I originally wanted and tell them to cancel the $6/mo protection plan that I did not order or want. They just snuck that into the bill. Bad training or corporate directed fraud...lowest rating I have ever given...well deserved."
