"I've been coming to this location for maintenance since getting my car 2 years ago. I never minded that it was more expensive than other places because these are *official* Honda service experts plus they end with a free car wash. Well, the car washes always leave my car with water marks (your car WILL look worse off if you had it washed before hand) and the expert service men? Well, I often need to double check their work. Between missing tire pressure valves and a missing wheel center piece after different visits, the last straw was the skid plate not being placed back properly after an oil change and thus having to come back in the next day after the hanging plate was scrapping on the road. At this point, I should go somewhere else for a more affordable price with the same quality of work as these Honda official "experts." Granted, they did rectify each issue free of charge, but no one should be having to second guess a service they paid good money for. Besides that, the only positives I have for this location is the friendly staff, the quick turn out time, and the clean inviting environment that makes waiting easy. But the actual service you go there for? You'll probably get the same quality going somewhere more affordable."
