"Service Dept needs to follow up with the Customers in reference to vehicle and parts status. Not to mention the rude sales mgr on the floor that clear needs an attitude adjustment when it comes to attending a client's need or concern. I can say though at the time of purchase the service was great and sales team was very attentive, but they can not just stop giving great customer service. Customer service should be great throughout the life of the vehicle."
