"Schools in suckas...Nirvana shirts and backpacks...that's what we were looking for...Variety of crocs, shirts and backpacks...they even had the old schools jansports...a young lady in front was very helpful wish we would've got her name...we were shopping for our teenage son who of course wants us to send him pictures of the merch cause shopping with parents ain't cool...kids today I tell ya...these shirts are less expensive at $22 rather than hot topic or Spencer's...easy access via through Macy's downstairs...thanks again"

"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I was contemplating getting some vans, but decided I would definitely purchase some from this location because of the employee that provided me with a great experience. I wish I would’ve caught his name, but I definitely recommend this location as they also had a pair of vans that I had never seen anywhere else that I absolutely loved and purchased."

"Journeys dropped the ball on an online order and almost lost my business for good. However, I went in person to resolve the issue and the customer service at the Ingram mall location, near the food court, was incredible. I wish I got the employee’s name that helped me but I imagine he is the manager. He went beyond what was expected to help me resolve the issue quickly and painlessly. I appreciate that and I hope the same quality of service is still there next time I shop for our shoes at this location."

"They had amazing deals on vans me and my cousin got 4 pairs of vans which are originally about $50 to $60 a peice. The salesperson hooked us up with an amazing deal. We got all 4 vans for about $98. I LOVE HER SO MUCHH thank you i dont know your name but eh she knows who she is."

"This was my first bad experience in a Journeys store. When it came to being helped out on the sales floor, the sales person was attentive and helped my daughter out. When it came to me, I didn't get the help I expected. I saw a pair of Adidas shoes on display, when I went to ask the same sales rep about them, someone had picked them up. We waited for a good 20 minutes to see if anyone would return it back so he could see which ones they were. I described them well enough, and even looked up the style online, but he didn't even go to check in the back. He literally had to see them on display. So that was one lost sale for that store which almost turned in to 3. We told him my wife's email address at least 6 times before another associate went to correct him. He just was not focused and kept getting side tracked. Never returning to the Ingram location again."
