His knowledge of the store was exceptional in the fact that he knew where certain items that I desired would be hiding. Any company would be lucky to have this man on their team."

"Did not realize this store was now here. Employees were very helpful; online pickup was quick and easy. There was a vast amount of accessories, apparel, and boots for men and women. Would gladly return to this store for future purchases."

"Clean, but service at the counter was unfriendly. Also, signs are misleading. They had some jeans on sale that stated 2 for $88 in the front of the store, and you would assume only the jeans that were on sale would be in the stand, however they had other jeans from the same brand that were not part of the sale mixed and in, and the sign didn't specify only the jeans that were $55 were only on sale, didn't find out until we were paying that the ones my son picked up were $80 each, the washer should have said something prior to let us know these were not part of the sale before she processed to check us out."

"1/12/23 Horrible customer service! First of all they didn’t even greet or acknowledge us, we waited by the cashier waiting for someone and no one would come help, till my husband decided to ask a young girl wearing a brown jacket, with long black hair (I didn’t get her name) for help she acted all annoyed and barely wanted to help! My husband told her we drove far out here that’s why he was asking for help and she just rolled her eyes. She needs to quit her job if she feels so miserable working her, making customers feel unwelcome."

"I was greeted as soon as i walked through the door and the ppl that worked there were friendly. The store is neat and clean not too big but perfect! I’m so happy we have a boot barn so close now! I definitely recommend! If you don’t find what you need in that store you can always have them order online or check other stores…"
