"The team members were friendly and very helpful. One staff walked me through the whole garden center to verify I got what I want. She also provided the useful information and her opinions on the products I was looking for. The establishment interior and exterior looked clean and well-organized. The restroom was a bit messy though."

"I had to buy plywood and have it rough-cut to fit in my SUV. Brandon helped me and did a fantastic job. He was very thorough. I know it's only a rough cut with any box store, and I had no other expectations. Still, Brandon was extremely helpful and did a fantastic job."

"0 star, I was at a Richardson Home Depot getting edging for a job but ran out so I came to their Allen location to get some more, but quickly found out everything is marked up $3-5 a piece. I asked the cashier if they would do price match but she said "no, it another store, not sure what they are doing but they won't match it.". I even show them the receipts. Stay away from this location."

"Had my countertops redone through them. The countertop department was very hard to get ahold of for any information during the process, the people they sent out to install did a poor job and left a mess, and after I paid in full up front I rarely heard from anybody about the process. I would probably just find a countertop company myself in the future, it doesn't need to be through Home Depot. I appreciate the countertop lady being nice."

"Always a great experience shopping at Home Depot. They allow dogs so it's a great place to bring my little dogs when I shop the garden section with my wife. This last visit I was looking for a smart thermostat and had a much better experience than that other site with the blue logo. Was able to pick up the exact model my client was looking for."
