"I was disappointed with the seats in the IMAX. They’re ripped and are worn out. The bathroom was also a mess. There was urinal water half an inch thick on the floor and the toilets in the stalls were clogged and unflushed. The movie was good, the popcorn and soda refills is great."

"Great movie theater. The drinks and popcorn are a whole different story. We have been to see movies there on several occasions and everytime the drink station is dirty (who knows what contamination lurks there). Plus the popcorn is always cold. I have to say if your losing money on your concession stand, you might have an idea why. The staff here is always nice all but when it comes to using a gift certificate they haven't a clue. Love the theater it is always clean and seats are comfortable and relax back just right. Never a glitch in the movies. Bathrooms are always clean. They always have enough movie theaters and always play the latest movie that's out. Thank you for that. As far as food, we just bring our own now. I know you're not supposed to but.... Until they update or clean, we will continue to do so."

"Dirty and messy, the popcorn did not look appealing as it is EVERYWHERE! I understand customers are the problem, but employees should keep up with cleaning. Bathrooms were clean. Some areas in theater need repairs. It was OK."

"Premiere is filthy! Restrooms, carpet, theaters, yuck! Only one drink fountain was working. The movie finally started 40 mins late. Food was not delivered, I finally gave up and picked it up. The seats are comfortable and the sound was not terribly loud. The staff, though ineffective, were very sweet and polite."

"Went to an 8:30pm showing of Trolls on Saturday the 25th and it was disgusting in this place. Thankfully the toilets were clean when I took my little one to the restroom, but the theater and entire business was filthy. Do they not clean up after each movie? I understand possibly being short staffed, but this was ridiculous. Not to mention the prices are outrageous. $6.50 for a small ICEE, that tasted awful."
