"We lost our waiter mid meal. And had to wait an extra 20 minutes after finished eating to get our check. We even let another staff member know we needed our check, but the couldn’t be bothered to help. We were 1/3 tables in the restaurant. We’re typically pretty understanding, but just felt this was beyond that day."

"Horrible first experience I will never be back! We were told upon arrival that the DIRECTV was not working and that they were out of beer cheese. Disappointed, but it was fine. Everything was going great until I ordered a salad, then they came and said they ran out of spring mix. Then I ordered quesadillas and they came and said they ran out of tortillas. THERE IS A COSTCO NEXT DOOR. Why wouldn’t they go get the essential items if it is needed. THEN, I had to use the restroom. And there are no words to describe the nastiness. I have included pictures of the women and men’s restrooms. I can only imagine how the kitchen looks. Complete waste of money."

"I had a 5-star review, but customer service is lacking. My wife and I did the Chimay special on our WOB accounts, which we never got credited for. It was rung up as something slightly different so there was no credit given for the promotion. We waited 30 minutes for them to fiddle with it until they gave up and said to contact customer service. I showed them that the link to customer service didn't even do anything and asked them to contact them. Two weeks later there is no resolution. I called and they told me to call back for the GM and they haven't heard from accounts managing staff. There's no ownership of any problems or follow-up. If you are going to do promotions, actually honor them. I'll change my rating once someone does something."

"Fast friendly service. Large selection of beer and spirits. The food is pretty good also. Pitcher beer is priced just right. Nice outside seating area also. Nice place. Low key, clean and not grungy. Great spot, give a try. Shopping around here is very good also."

"Overall this is a descent spot to grab a beer and some food. Don’t expect to have many craft beers from all over. Was a bit disappointed in this fact. Food is over priced. The pretzel we had was good. But for almost 15 dollars for a pretzel you would expect a descent amount of beer cheese. This place tries to be hipster with below average service and above average prices."
