"Worst shopping and customer experience ever! Flew in for a conference and was asked by a friend to get him a belt since he forgot his. I asked if I would be able to return it if it doesn't fit, the person working that night (Yoel) promised me that I can, which my friend on the phone heard as well (several times because I kept confirming). Yoel also recommended me to size up. The belt ended up being to large and of course Yoel wasn't there the day I flew out and tried to return it. Nana (his badge said Emmanuel, though) said he is the manager and cannot give me my money back but can return it for another or give me store credit. There are no stores anywhere else but DFW and there's nothing else in that tiny store that would be of interest for me. He kept telling me to get socks. $70 worth of socks. They also didn't have the smaller size belt in store so they rather go through the trouble of ordering and shipping it out than making a customer happy. What store doesn't take their merchandise back?? DON'T SHOP HERE, they lie to you until you make a purchase and then don't even attempt to make it right"
