"I had the worst experience here. The staff was very rude and frankly racist. I came in to exchange a few coats I had purchased online. The woman at the counter said, “how do I know you didn't steal this off someone's porch?” And I said because I have the email receipt and order information. And I'm not trynna get a refund, I just want to exchange them for a different size. And she said, “well it's my job to protect our customers from theft so I won't take those back”. She clearly had a problem with helping me because I had all of the proof that I purchased the items. I will not return to this location and frankly I doubt I will purchase from Eddie Bauer again."

"I love this place. Is it cheap? No. But the clothes will last you. The styles are outdoorsy, but not overly so. You can easily find mix and match classic casuals. The staff is helpful and polite."

"If I could rate this location zero stars, I would. I went there today. The store was empty. The clerk never greeted or acknowledged me. I walked around a bit. A white woman came in and was greeted right away. Racist. Sorry Eddie Bauer you just lost a customer."

"We visited this Eddie Bauer store for the first time today. It was an amazing experience. The employees were the absolute best. They helped us with every single question that we had an we had several. We also found some clothes (three shirts that I loved) but they didn’t have my size, so the manager on duty said that’s no problem, I will just order them for you and mail them straight to your house. And we will not even get charged until they are shipped. If we are ever in this area again we stop in to shop and to say hi. We highly recommend this store."
