"I ordered a Togo for dinner and picked it up. I drove close to 20 miles to get it. When I parked the car at home I got a call from them saying that the wrong order was given to me and I got so furious. It was kids time to get to bed and I could not go back and collect it. The person who called was very down to earth even after hearing my tone he kept his cool. They said keep the ones you got we are sending someone. I fed the kids what I got and they went to sleep. Then the food arrived the gentleman delivered with a smile. So first of all sorry to Dwarka and person whom I talked over the phone as I was so mad thinking about the kids. I will be a patron of your place going forward. Thanks to person who delivered it as well. I am going again this week to tip the gentleman if he can accept it. FOOD IS DEFINITELY GOOD BUT MORE THAN THAT IT IS THE ATTITUDE AND FRIENDLINESS OF STAFF. I rate them 10/5"

"This has been my go to place for orders for a party. If you have an account with them, they do delivery for free in some areas of Frisco. Ordered multiple times from this location and only once was disappointed with goat biryani where the meat felt uncooked. I called up the management about the same and they refunded me the amount. Their website ordering is pretty intuitive and you can get text messages on the status of the order right from "out to delivery" to beimg "delivered". However this place is not a good option for a dine-in as there are barely three or four tables. And also the exterior of the restaurant seems a bit unclean."

"Dwaraka has consistently provided great tasting food. When it comes to catering, that is our first choice. Our most recent order for 60 people was a big hit. Some of their original recipes of chicken and mutton biryanis have maintained their quality/taste since the beginning. Highly recommend trying it out if you are looking for good tasting, home style cooked food"

"I ordered chicken biryani, it was too spicy. Customer service is at worst. They won't even greet you when you you say Hi/hello. The girl at front desk who charged my card, didn't say even Thank you after she gave me receipt and went inside without saying a word. I wasn't sure if the card charged and everything was ok to leave the place. They would think as if you went for your business not to their business. Tried after a long time on 11/18/23. See the photo, the biryani is gone trash. They just heated up and gave. Not fresh at all. Please don’t waste our money by giving stale food."
