"Enjoy this "curb" episode. Paid for shoes 3 weeks ago that I ordered in-store. Told I would have them by Thursday, after the Saturday order, delivered to my house. Did not happen. Called the store after a week later. Was told they couldn't locate the shoe in the warehouse. Rep said he would re-place the order. Another week plus goes by, no updates. I call today nearly 3 weeks removed b/c i have not heard anything. "I am told again that system says can't locate the style of shoe but that it should be shipped at some point either to the store or my house, if they find it.". So sit and wait was the solution given to me. I made it clear that at this point that is not a satisfactory response, that I would like a refund or confirmation that the shoe will be delivered. Then I am told the system automatically looks for the shoe and then if 14 business days go by and its unavailable I will receive an automatic refund. I said its been nearly 3 weeks and no refund. Then I'm told that because of the re-order the time started over so I am in week 1 again (time travel is real). Somewhere in this conversation I am randomly told they might make the shoe if it is out of stock. Really, so Caleres is going to make one pair of shoes just for me and do it before I am auto refunded next week--oh and wait, I was told that b/c of "Christmas Orders and other stuff" the 14 days is more like 17 days...lots of other "stuff" to do for the automated system I suppose."

Supplies were extremely low and he was able to locate them for me from other stores far away. This was a small priced order and I appreciate the level of service for traking them down. Other retailers would have just stated, they are not available. AAA+++ service"
