"Hours say they are confirmed by the business 6 days ago but I’m standing here and they are not open!"

"Not sure if this store is still open or not. Took my son to get some vans today (Sunday) 8/9/20 at 1:45 p.m. and the gate was still down. Although, everything did appear to be fully stocked, so not sure what's going on. We went to the Shoe Depot on the other side of the mall and luckily they had the same pair he wanted."

"Came here to buy some shoes and as i was paying the cashier said that he would throw in some socks to pick a design. figured it was some sort of promo. This guy ended charging me $18.00 for socks I wouldn't have bought to begin with. What kind of sorry scheme is that. Very disappointed with this location"

"Went there today, the shoe selection was great and they had what I needed, but the guy who was “helping” me was so rude. He was a 20 some with triangle face tattoos, he tried to make me buy things other than the shoes after I said no multiple times. Then when checking out he added shoe cleaner to my order with out even asking me if I wanted it, and when I told he I didn’t want it he looked at me like I was crazy and was hitting the delete button like he was mad!!! I understand upsales and what not but he approached it the wrong way by far."

"The first time that i've had a problem at this location. A young man waited on me with an attitude, because he could not find a shoe in the back. He came back with shoes that were similar to the ones I wanted i told him "those are different." he say "oh really they look all the same to me." In response i said "Yeah no i like the other better." he said "well i can't find them.........I'll go look again." and throws the pair of shoes on the floor at the back of the counter, not toss them he threw them. There were two other employees there and they said nothing.They were standing right there heard every word he said and saw what he did. Nothing. I was like "okay" i'm out i'll go somewhere else. Today i had called about 5 times and no ones picking up the phone so i'm left with this. I've been going to this location for 10 years never ever had a problem until now. If you did not want to wait on me get someone else."
