"They turned around what had been a disappointing day to a long, unpleasant wait at Franklin's, which I went to as part of a group and would never recommend to my worst enemy. The cashier was careful to spell my name correctly on the cup. When I said it doesn't matter, she said "it matters to me." I had an Oleata, and she was careful to get it exactly right. Had one in Maryland I didn't like, but I figured I needed the olive oil today, and it was just perfect. She also validated my opinion and said "you go for the experience, once." She said "locals know that Interstellar is better," but in a nice way. Drink was great, and the barista who made the drink after the cashier took my order was very nice. This is just a stellar Starbucks."
"This location is in the Hilton Hotel Across from the Convention Center. They are super busy in the morning but so polite and helpful. It can take a little time but drinks are accurate and tasty. The breakfast options are good and decently priced for breakfast near the convention center. I enjoyed Felipe’s positive attitude day after day during my stay."
"It’s a hotel location Starbucks located right in the lobby with an outside door access (though often closed) - Lots of seating both indoor and out. The staff is incredibly friendly at this location and more obsessed with dogs than the usual Starbies. The line move quick enough on weekend mornings to get you that sugar + caffeine fix when you need it. There is no easy parking around the area if you drive here so be wary of that."
"Very crowded (Saturday afternoon), worker (very bad in English) almost charged me $7.50 just for a triple shot espresso. After I got surprised for that price, it went down to $4.55!!! They kind of push you to leave a tip, and finally I received my espresso coffee almost cold!!!"
"Avoid starbucks stores in hotels! They don't honor your rewards if you want to redeem and if you're a gold card member, they won't give you your free refill. This store is strange. I wanted to use the Starbucks app to pay for my order, but I first had to use the device from the Hilton to tip them?! Just because of this audacity, I gave them no tip. When my order finally came, they told me they didn't have apple juice, so couldn't complete my drink. Then it was a big magic show to reimburse my order and make a complete new order. Worst experience ever at a Starbucks"
