"Extremely BAD customer service that this location has, all the way from young girl employee to the store manager. Even the manager was given issues, This people don't care if you buy or not it looks to me like there just there to collect a pay check. I just came down from an Fashion Mall outlet in Chicago and those employees have a great strive to sell or even if they didn't have they would suggest TOTALLY different customer service then this place. In the Mercedes location this employees won't help nor wouldn't want to order anything online and adviced me they wouldn't order anything. This location has very rude employees that should not be working here there just putting the store in a bad shape for retail business !!!! It all starts with the leadership and this store doesn't know this word !!! I personally DO Not Recommend this location !!!"

"Staff not friendly. 2 girls working on May 10, 2019. The female employee with fake long lashes and fake green eyes, young with black straight hair had a very unfriendly personality with me. As if she didn’t care to help me out. Maybe she thought o would not purchase but I did. I had to call on someone to help me because of the 2, neither were available, granted one was folding shirts and the other(fake lashes and green contacts) was leaning on table behind the register cleaning out her fingernails it seemed. Very bad experience for a pricey prestigious retail store. Get her OUT!!!"
