"Breakfast and coffee here were very good but service was slow and waitress was not very friendly. She wasn’t knowledgeable at all about gluten, never came back to refill our coffee, I spoke Spanish to her but she always answered in English (she was talking to a coworker in front of us in Spanish), never checked on us. Food was good, service was lacking."

"11 Months and still Shadow Banned??? Super great pier. Great spot to bring outa town friends and family that are down on the tip of Texas. The grandkids really dig coming out @ nite! If you try, you will catch fish. The waiting in line to get out on the pier can be long. VERY LONG. Please purchase your fishing license prior to getting there and save on the wait times. You can get a fishing license online. It can get hot during the day so bring sunscreen. It's much better to come out in the evening in our humble opinion. Have Fun!! Plotted. Scouts Out."

"It was a really nice & fresh night. Lots of great views at night watching boats come by. The only thing is that you need to be careful when walking the pier. Some boards stick out & we almost tripped over them."
