"I ran over something on the toll road and caught a flat tire. Did a quick google search for roadside (Tesla roadside didn’t service the area). Orange tire came up with 4.9 star review, so I called them to help me. The tire couldn’t be plugged, so I needed a new tire. This was around 8:30pm last night. Orange tire had a used tire to fit my car, I was happy. They arrived around 30 min later with the tire. The guys barely spoke English. I had a lot of questions, and he answered some of them. They took the wheel and tire off the car, removed the tire from the rim and put the used tire on and I was good to go. Only one issue, they destroyed my brand new condition rim and now I need a new rim. He even had the nerve to ask me to record the whole incident for his TikTok, lol. Now, I have to get an expensive rim. The photos of the rims are from after repair."
