I kindly asked him to refrain from using obscene language, but he continued. It was clear that customer satisfaction and basic respect were not a priority for him. I have been a loyal Firestone customer for years, but after this horrendous encounter with Kevin, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I would strongly advise anyone considering Firestone for their automotive needs to think twice and find a more competent and customer-oriented establishment. Kevin's lack of professionalism, disregard for my vehicle and disrespectful language, has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I will not be returning to Firestone as long as he is associated with it."

I scheduled it online and got an email saying it was confirmed only to drive down there and have the otherwise helpful guy behind the counter tell me I should have gotten another e-mail telling me it wasn't confirmed. Reading the other reviews, it sounds like they've been aware of this problem for over a month and have decided to just let it roll, instead of turning it off (I suppose because they're fine with you giving them all kinds of personal information that they can turn around and sell). Responding Firestone representative: Instead of giving me a canned response or asking me to send an e-mail I'm not going to send because you have all of the information you need right here, please just forward one question to your boss, Gary Garfield, "Why do you have so little respect for your customers and your employees that you keep this system running for over a month that you know is not working and wasting everyone's time?" I would really appreciate an answer."
