"Went to get a lil snack here before my eye doctor appointment. Let me just say honestly. The sugar land location is by far way better. I got medium spicy popcorn chicken. No flavor. No spice at all. Had to drench it in their sweet sauce, but at least it was very crispy. (5/10) My boyfriend got the jumbo Vietnamese coffee which is just a regular size Vietnamese coffee. And I got the regular Vietnamese coffee which is the size of a small-medium Starbucks coffee. Got mine a little more sweet. Flavor was good, but they put WAY too much ice into mine. The jumbo one had like 20% ice and rest coffee. Mine was 80% ice and 20% coffee. It was disappointing when 2 sips in and the straw was blocked from ice...shake sip repeat. (6/10) Overall it was fine I guess. They just opened for the day so there really isn’t a good excuse for bad effort. Go to a different location in my opinion, but if it's convenient for you that it's nearby to your main location then go for it. Service was fine (8/10) Ambience was instagram worthy cute (9/10) (has those grass walls with led signs)"

"My recent visit to this fast-food joint left me quite disappointed. I encountered an issue at the cash register where it seemed like the cashier attempted to cheat me out of my reward. After entering my phone number and confirming the redemption for a free drink, I noticed that the discount wasn't applied, yet my credit card had already been charged. To add to the frustration, I saw the reward receipt printing, only to be casually torn up and thrown into the trash by the cashier. It wasn't until I reminded him later that I hadn't received my free drink that he suddenly played innocent. This experience has left a sour taste, and I'm hesitant to return to this location. I eventually did get the free drink after pointing out the oversight, but the overall experience was disappointing and not something I'd like to repeat."

"This place has the best decorations, colorful and fun! What I like is that you can see that their kitchen is super clean. They use fresh fruit & have an amazing customer service. I highly recommend anyone to try the Taro coconut cream tea."

"The strawberry cream smoothie was delicious. The matcha tea with tapioca could have used a bit more ice but was also good. The young cashier was not interacting nor did she speak loud enough. Therefore I've given only 4 stars."

"It was ok. I wasn’t a fan of what I ordered but that was my fault…the taste might have been better had it contained more ice… Staff is nice, there’s a lot of parking and it’s easy to get to."
