"I really liked how much the company invested in their waiting area and especially the specialty coffee maker with Starbucks coffee. Eric did a very good job of being personable and professional both over the phone and in person. I was pleasantly surprised with the No-Surprise pricing I was given for an alignment at a very competitive price at that. I also appreciated the complimentary tire rotation for my wife's car and my wife truly appreciated the free vacuum service. I believe a business should under-promise and over-deliver whenever possible and that is the impression I got from my first-time visit. "This is ➡️ NOT ⬅️ your daddy's car service center where you're sitting in greasy, uncomfortable chairs in a gross waiting lobby!! It's an awesome service center with certified auto technicians! If you have to wait, there's an awesome play area for children, free wifi, free coffee, and free bottles of water in a setting that's very similar to a high-end coffee shop. They explained what my car issues were and did excellent work on my vehicle. I appreciate how Brandon and Brady were professional and courteous with me and the customers. It's our go-to from now on. Highly recommend."
