"0 STARS! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!! They did not reinstall my skid plate and cover and I ended up on the side of the road with a hanging cover. This location has STILL yet to return my calls and own up to their mistake or make it better. They also attempted to replace my cabin filter after not even putting eyes on it.  No one answers the phone or returns messages. Terrible customer service, incompetent employees- stay clear!"

"Went to jiffy lube for state inspection on 2021 Buick Encore, fairly new. Just knew it would pass with flying colors but some random chick said it would pass for emissions but fail for safety because breakfluid and transmission fluid is low. She proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay an additional $9.99 or fail inspection. I asked to see the state law that clarifies this and she couldn’t provide. At any local parts store, a quart of fluid cost roughly about $9.99. I was only less than half of an ounce low. So, Jiffy Lube is ripping customers off, charging them an additional $9.99 when just a drop of fluid is needed and thus capitalizing ! To add insult to injury, Ms. Sister Girl referred to me, a black man, as “boss” , apparently ignorant to the fact that such a term has slavery connotations. For the record, she herself was black, and somehow should’ve known better. Shamefully her black parents did not educate her. At the very least , she should be referring to customers appropriately. I will never have work done here again! Jiffy Lube needs to be honest in its dealings but more than that respect black people and what matters to Black people, and can start by not hiring ignorant people who do not know their history."

"The customer service was good. The workers were very nice. I could tell they were either new or overwhelmed. I didn’t feel confident in their knowledge of the service they were providing. I sat for about 15 minutes, only for them to advise me they didn’t have my oil in stock nor the coolant for my vehicle. I also watched as they sat another customer for a few minutes only to later tell her their State inspector had left for the day."
