"Slowest gas pumps around, half the time I will leave and not get a full tank of gas"
"This store used to be the place to go. Now it’s covered with homeless who steal the water bottles outside. The ground is filthy inside and out. The foundation drinks are always down and there’s slime or build up on the spout nozzles. They are often out of coffee and hot chocolate too and it’s early in the morning. The coffee bar is disgusting with spilled coffee and trash. The employees are too busy behind the counters talking, laughing and cursing. There’s a line ALWAYS to check out. They aren’t welcoming at all. They sometimes have one employee there so there will be bins that need to be stocked all over the place. We have stopped coming here. I don’t understand why the employees can’t keep it clean and stocked. There used to be a couple of guys who worked here and they kept the store in tip top shape. I was told one was fired for eating the food they were going to throw away. The other told me he was “out of here” and moved to CO. They are left with a dirty store now and poor service. We have now chosen our new Circle K down the street. It is spotless! I forgot to mention this dirty Circle K has a TON of 18 wheelers always parked outside. It’s annoying. I like my new one better"
"As been previously employed by this company, their seriousness on the topic of sexual and physical harassment does NOT get taken very seriously. I was verbally harassed and physically touched i SUBWAYS fridge and freezer, as well as by the sink trying to complete the dishes required before leaving my shift. I have since then saw out professional help from the trauma I have endured. The website promotes further education and working with people with disabilities or reasonable accommodation; yet when I went to my supervisor he stated you can not take that many breaks on your shift. Just know if you’re taking breaks, remember everyone else is working. I have bursitis and the accommodation was every 2 hours 10-15 min break. Their lack for diversity and allowing time for my higher power was absolutely violated. When he stated my availability had been open the entire time, he stated he doesn’t recall having a phone conversation regarding my religious preferences. HR promoting moving to another store never got followed through with. Due to “Lack of evidence” I felt forced to quit my job. Lost hours, wages, and am afraid to ever go back into that establishment again. This company is absolutely the most unsafe environment to work in. Never reconvening them to anyone."
"Stopped by this location to get gas, pay at the pump ya know for convenience, pump was broken, moved to another pump, screen said something about an error, walk into the store and waited in line paid for the gas walked out to the car and waited at the pump, nothing had to go back in and wait in line to tell the cashier to turn the pump on she said pump #1 I was like no I told you pump #9 finally got gas after 20 minutes. What a joke!"
"This location has turned off the fleet system/easy pay so the advertised easy pay price is unavailable. The staff says it is a network error, but the fleet company tech support says it is off. Very frustrating - Trying to be a loyal customer here"
