"I literally stop at this location twice a week for gas and snacks today i asked for chicken wings and the lady at the counter hesitate than told me we're too busy to cook lol this if the first time previous stuff usually serve then they will call me when it's done i was served at the other location though."

"1 star since no 0 star because of the employee that worked on 29/04/2023 at 11pm in store. I came to pick order from door dash 2 people were in the line and I waited in a line for my time. When I reached for my turn wait aside (even though the order was ready and right behind him) waited for like 5 more minute and he came to me and asked something which I was note quite sure so I thought it was him asking for the order so I showed him the order details in app. Then out of blue he says “can’t you speak or are you deaf??”, I was like is he serious. I told him can’t you speak nicely. Then he was ranting and cussing and told me not to come to the store. I have reported the incident with doordash hope they will take some action. I also hope store owner or franchise would take some action on this."

"I will go out of my way to get to this particular 7 11. Brian and his team are in a league of their own when it comes to cleanliness, customer service, and just taking good care of people. I am remembered and appreciated every time I come in. If you have a bad experience, don't just post about it, give them a chance to make it right. We all make mistakes and this is one of the few locations that actually gives a rat's behind about doing things right. We love their coffee machines, great tasting coffee at a fraction the coffee guys prices. I have been coming in here for over 5 years. Sure, there has been a time or two when my stop wasn't perfect, but those times are super rare and I know they would make it right if I asked. I was a restaurant guy for a long time, so I know how hard it can be to make everyone happy, especially when you only have a minute or two to make a good impression. This place really tries, and 99/100, they knock it out of the park!"
