"Soda machine ran out of dr.pepper after I began filling the cup. I decided to overspend what I budgeted for & purchased a 20 oz soda from the cooler. At checkout I informed the cashier of their problem & asked if he would just let me keep the cup of ice & he replied "I'll throw it away". I don't want to return."

"This store has been out of a fountain drink for more than 10 days. I have told 4 different employees and they all tell me we will order it. I think today was my last attempt There is a QT just down the street and that will be my new stop on the way to work."

"Stop to get a drink and use the restroom and there is no Toilet paper. I inform personnel and 15 minutes later i have to remind the same person in a rude manner. Employee then rushes to replace TP and doesn't even bother to clean toilet seat that has Crap stains on it. I checked their paper checklist as to when it was last cleaned and noticed it was yesterday (Jan 16) between 2pm & 4 pm. It is now Jan 17 at 9:18 am. Here is just a few pictures of the men's restroom. Last time i visit Valero."
