"On February 2nd 2024 about 10:30 in the morning I walked in to ask about a front end alignment. I waited in the lobby 10 minutes and no one ever came to talk to me. Myself and another gentleman both walked out at the same time as he had been waiting longer. I took note that the toilet was broken and had a large plastic sack over it, there was no water in the fridge, The water fountain said the filter was out and there was no hand sanitizer in the dispenser. All these other things did not really bother me but it's probably pretty typical of their service. Shortly after, I went to the Firestone on 380 at 423, excellent service!"

"replaced engine with rebuilt. They did not make sure the car was good to go, started went out once i got it home first time. They did have it towed to them at their cost. Starter was replaced by this location with in the last 36 months. They did not charge me to replace starter. Car was completed faster than they said it would take and once car was ready to go, seems to drive really well."

"*RETIRED SERVICE MEMBER* AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO HOLD YOUR CAR ALL DAY WITH NO COMMUNICATION ABOUT DELAYS UNLESS YOU CALL AND ASK WONDERING WHERE THE HELL YOUR CAR IS AT!?!? I would never go here again. I realize things come up that can delay the original timeframe. Backstory; which was literally me randomly calling to see if they had availability and the guy I spoke to stated that if I brought my car in within 10min. Around 12:45 - 1pm he could definitely complete it that day being that they close at 7pm. Just like they are working and have a schedule so do I. Here’s my issue; 0 communication what so ever unless you literally call repeated and inquire. I wouldn’t have brought my truck in for a literal alignment check and tire rotated and balanced. 6 hrs later with my ride waiting all day 10min. before closing homeboy is like; oh yea, well we weren’t able to get it done today but rest assured, it will be ready at some point tomorrow but not sure when. Yea sure thing, I’ll be sure and let my ride waiting for me know as well. DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE! Honestly they need to fire that cat Shawn, he’s rude af."

"Maxwell is always knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate his direct input. Mitch always does a fabulous job at explaining everything and breaking down the work order for me. He is so patient and resourceful. He is one of the main reasons I come back. Additionally, Harrison (so happy he is back from his surgery and appears to be well) is my favorite mechanic. I do not know where I'd be without his expert work on my car. I love this location and the team."

"Absolute idiots working here. This place is the absolute worst. I got here at 12 and the guy in the front said my inspection would be done within the hour, done by 1 at the latest. It’s 1:40 and he said the service manager who was inspecting my car went to lunch. It’s 1:49 and I’m finally leaving and I asked how long had my car been ready and the guy at the front said honestly quite a while. My manager didn’t let me know before he went to lunch and I never checked and now I’m late to work. On top of that, they failed me due to my windshield wipers having a cut in one of them which could’ve been replaced in past the same day if they didn’t waste my time for an additional 40 minutes"
