"I would give it a zero star if possible. Horrible customer service. Went in for a simple vehicle inspection for registration. Came to find out that they never upload the document hence I am unable to renew my registration. Called them back asking if they can upload the document since it was never uploaded to the system. They basically said it's too bad and I have to bring it by to get inspected again. I asked if I need to pay for another inspection and was told probably. It was such a simple job and yet they failed to complete it. And when they failed, instead of taking the responsibility, they just passed the bucket saying oh well too bad, it got messed up etc. Zero apology to the paying customer. I wouldn't trust them doing any job if they can't even get one simple job right and owe up to their mistakes. I am taking my business elsewhere. Definitely not returning for anything. STAY AWAY GUYS!"

"Stop by at 2 on a Friday and was told they didn't have time to change a loose tire and rim that I walked in with. Was told to leave it until Saturday."

"So far so good. They do all of our tire repairs for our company trucks and cars. They even do some of our mechanics jobs . Friendly and prompt service. Bilingual Espanol. Pricing is very fair, I would feel ok with sending my wife there."

"Unhappy Guy in Bulverde. Knew from the start it was going to be a rough experience with getting my car inspected.. I say hello and he says "get in the car, I don't go in cars", I understand with the virus going on its a new practice, but at least say hello or a give some eye contact. Handed him my vehicle information (vehicle VIN#) and insurance and he stated he didn't want it and continued inspecting. Inspection completed, he stated the system doesn't like the Vin #, but he produce paperwork so I though was good to go. Next day at the county office they refuse the paper work due to a missing VIN # on the paperwork, well I guess that's why the system didn't like it.. All good.. Let me call and see to fix it.. Again rude factor hit again, so I'll just get it re-inspected at another shop. Too bad, been coming to this place a while and referred multiple friends and associates. Good work, just lack customer service."

My philosophy will always be to give my hard earned money to local and small businesses, but help me out a little!!! Learn to schedule your employees so that you can do the service that you offer and not have to ask your customers time and time again to come back at a later time."
