"My daughter goes to get a new tire. She’s offered one from a brand I’ve never heard. They quoted $139 installed. I personally spoke to the guy on the phone for my daughter because I was out of town. I sent her $150 to cover it only to find she was charged $197.50 afterwards. Make sure you pay what they quote. Needless to say, I do feel they took advantage of the situation. Very unhappy customer."

"Had to wait a long time for air due to being so busy, but it was free. This definitely is not an easy job, so I chose to leave a tip and thank the employees for their hard work. Although some people drop in because it's an emergency situation, you guys are appreciated. We thank you for your hard work and keep up the great attitude! "After reading the reviews, I’m not sure what to think. I stopped here because I was running low. Apparently my tire had a bolt right smack in the middle of it. I trusted them to remove the tire in order to patch it, but I was told it was not repairable had I not been already prepared to purchase tires? This may have caught me off guard, not gonna lie. He did try to sell me a used tire but I had no interest since I was already committed to replacing all four soon they didn’t have the tires I needed but thankfully discount tire took me in within minutes and had me back on the road within an hour, long story short I only paid $10 to have my spare tire put on. Granted some of these reviews are complaining that $25 a tire is steep. They seem to have a fair price for repairing the gentleman that assisted me was respectful and didn’t try to pressure me into spending more money."
