"So I have been debating all day on how to word this. And I’ve come to the conclusion that communicating the level of excellence was more important than getting the words perfect. I had a flat and let me tell you I was stressed out. I was on my way to work and the timing was awful. I realized I didn’t have a key to my tire a long time ago but honestly the husband handles the tires lol I called and was greeted by Jacob who handled our stuff when we eventually had our car towed in. He was such an experience. He literally walked us through how rough our tires were, and brought up a list of compatible tires. We went with tires that fit both our budget and our needs. He gave us a key and lug nuts so that we were able to drive off within an hour!! I got 4 new tires and lugs for under 500 and it includes a warranty. He was extremely kind, and had excellent customer service. Big thank you from this company. You’ve earned a forever customer!"

Like a majority of us this is an expense we try to delay but considering it was a last minute decision they had me in and out in about an hour with no prior appointment! I paid approximately $800 for some inexpensive R17s but I figured I’d be trading in my car in another 60,000 miles (or 12 months) so I justified my decision to go with the less expensive option.
