"Lubys decades of eating at your restaurant from Brownsville to Harlingen. Please change your menu it's been the same food for too long. At least the Kingranch casseroles. Deserts don't look like the tarte picture the menu Still recommend this place if it takes you back to the past."
"Famously great selection of delicious food items served in a clean, efficient cafeteria environment. Friendly staff except for cashier. Great manager, who quickly appeared when I had a question for the cashier about my bill. Amazing 25% discount for military veterans!"
"I had a fantastic experience. I brought my girl for a date since it was her first time here, and she loved it. We had 2 waitresses that were very attentive. The food is always very filling and I even had leftovers. Warning it can get pricey once you start going all a la carte. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be returning to try that chicken fried chicken."
"Prices are a little overpriced compared to the quality of food sold. Good table service once you make your selection, pay and sit at a table of your choice. I ordered the chicken fried steak, bit returned it because I tasted raw flour - glue texture. My parents enjoyed their meals. Friendly staff and accommodating when I wanted to change my selection."
