"I had a warranty on the tires I purchased end of 2022 from a different state through Big O Tires and got treated as though they were doing me a favor for honoring my warranty but got told next time they won’t due to them not liking how the invoice was written when I purchased my tires. I contacted the other location to confirm my warranty while there as well and this location refused to speak when them over the topic. Would give one star but the other worker was more polite and understanding about the invoice."
"My car had an alert that a tire was low. A coworker of mine said I could take it to Big O tires and they would help me. So I went on my lunch and they checked all tires for me for free. They were so friendly and fast. I will definitely recommend."
"I went to get an oil change on a Monday and by Wednesday evening, I was having car trouble. Never had car trouble prior to this incident. Car died out 4 or 5 times in half a mile distance; it was sluggish and there was an intermittent hollow noise coming from under the hood. Made it to my apartment and parked it. Following day, Thursday, had my car towed to a mechanic and he told me that my engine had no oil in it. Everything leaked out. I looked at my parking spot and there it was, all this fresh shiny oil. The mechanic did another full oil change (oil gaskets etc) and a tune up and my car has been good to go. No leaking oil. My car could have been messed up due to Big O's oversight. The associates that day were so fixated on trying to convince me to approve the repair of my trailing arm, that they half a**ed my oil change. My car is okay but it cost me 2 oil changes, 1 tune up and tow service."
"Service advisors were nice and friendly, but after paying $1200 for a set of tires I wasn't anticipating to have my brand new rims damaged. I don't understand why the tech that installed my tires needed so much weight on my rims, he could have used a bigger weight but instead had to slap about 20 ¼ ounce weights one rim, and like 8 on the others. Seems he didn't bother to correct tire pressure after mounting either because they were around 45psi when I checked."
"This place was super busy. The guy at the desk was stressed cause he was by himself.. I got there at 8 right when they opened and it was a 2 hour wait. So I came to the one on Babcock and I there was no wait and the guy was nice and accommodating. Def recommend coming to this location"
