"Service only had appointments available 3 weeks out and when I "made" an appointment online nobody ever called to confirm so apparently when you do it online or with the Chat that doesn't book anything but Mazda never called so I waiting a few weeks for my service to only find out a few days before that I actually had nothing booked. Parts are outrageously high, top of the line laser iridium were $80 approximately but the basic Mazda parts spark plugs were almost $125."

I’m used to long waits, crowded waiting areas, poor communication - all of it. So you can imagine what a lovely surprise it was to be in and out of servicing my sonata. I went in for a routine maintenance check, and the mechanic addressed the check engine sign I had without my even asking for it. Parts ordered and car serviced (all on warranty), done. So kind and straight business. On top of that, receiving the video of the mechanic inspecting the various parts of the car was too damn cool.
