"Honestly price wise it was great. I now will keep in consideration, you get what you pay for. My catalytic converter needed to be replaced and they did it within a day. This was back in November 2022. After a few days, the engine light was still on so I took it to auto zone and was told now the issue was one of my o2 sensors. My dad took a look and saw that it had been unplugged. At the time I didn’t think anything of it but after hearing from my current mechanic that whoever previously replaced my catalytic converters. Only replaced one with a junk converter and the secondary converter was removed completely, with a pipe welded in its place. I now believe they left it unplugged purposely to have me bring it back and charge me more. Who knows honestly tho, I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Not even a year later and I had to drop another couple hundreds to get the converters replaced."

"The customer service is horrible. Nobody is ever at the front desk. They don't take the time to tell you what's wrong with your car or listen. My car was fixed. But I had to bring it back 3 times already. I think it's more my car issues or whatever"

"I like Magnum Mufflers. I've been there twice. A friend told me about them. I was, however, a little disappointed with the price of the last job. They charged me $620 bucks to replace inner and outer tie rod ends. I wasn't expecting to pay that much. I was, actually, expecting about half that, so I kind of feel like they overcharged me. The only consolation is that I was satisfied with their work."
